1 & 2 Night Stay Reservations:
A VISA or MasterCard # is required to reserve all units
A full 14 day notice is required for cancellation of a Single Room
A full 30 day notice is required for cancellation of a Kitchenette
A full 30 day notice is required for cancellation of Suite
A full 2 day notice is required for all units during 'Off Season"
Your credit card will be charged the 1st night stay if insufficient

3 Night to Weekly Stay Reservations:
$100.00 deposit per week required to reserve a Single Room
$200.00 deposit per week required to reserve the Kitchenette
$300.00 deposit per week required to reserve the Suite
Refundable with full 30 day notice ($25.00 handling charge)
During 'Off Season" no deposit is required; a full 7 day notice
is required or your credit card will be charged the 1st night stay
Monthly Stays:

Deposit + 1st month rent due upon moving in
